FAQ

  • How do I place an order?
    Once you approve your quote you must pay a deposit which usually consists of 50% of the total price of your order. After your order is placed we will send you a proof through email. *orders under $100 must be paid in full
  • How do I pay?
    We accept Credit Cards, Cash, Checks and Zelle Transfers. You can pay over the phone, or by emailing us a credit card authorization form. You can also visit us at our physical location.
  • Quote turn-around time
    We typically respond to your Quote request in an hour or less! If you need any additional help you can always call us to ask questions.
  • Proof/Design Turn-Around Time
    Once you place your order, please allow one to two business days for proofing and designing.
  • Order turn-around time
    Most orders will be completed in 3-5 Business Days *Custom Signage may take longer
  • What is artwork?
    We use the term artwork for any PRINT-ready PDF file that is sent to us. (loose pictures and files not set-up to be printed are not considered artwork).
  • What file formats do we accept?
    We accept PDF, EPS, High Quality JPEG's and Vector Artwork. *Please design your artwork in the CMYK color space, so your end product matches your design as closely as possible.
  • Will you check my artwork?
    Yes, we check all artwork even if we did not design it in house in order to make sure everything is printed at its best resolution and quality. *please note we do not check spelling or design inconsistencies on artwork sent by customers. Spell checking and revisions are the responsibility of the client.
  • Do I need a "bleed" for my sign?
    Most of our signs do not require a bleed but certain items (business cards, post cards and other printed items do required them)please double check with your sales person if a bleed is needed for your item.
  • What is a "bleed" ?
    Bleed is printing that extends past the edge of the sheet where it will be clipped. In other words, the bleed is the region that needs to be clipped. The bleed is the area on the side of a document that provides us with a modest bit of space to accommodate for paper movement and inconsistencies in the design.
  • Do you offer Spot-UV, Foiling & Metallic Finishes for Business Cards?
    Yes we do! We provide custom finishes and designs for business cards. Prices vary on different factors including (quantity, finishes, size, and special designs). *Additional Design Files For Spot-UV and Foil may be needed when ordering specialty business cards.
